Made from our Grenache, Merlot and Syrah grapes, hand-harvested and sorted daily in the vineyard and brought to the vat in small crates, Villa Cocotte, like a bowl of red fruit, perfectly expresses the freshness of its terroir (the village of Fontcouverte is in the heart of the land of springs that gush out in the eastern foothills of the Alaric mountains).
