Les Lauzes is a cuvée with a majority of Roussanne and a touch of Viognier, aged on fine lees for 6 months. It expresses all the suavity of Brunet's terroir, for gourmet aperitifs or deserts. Aged in barrels on fine lees for 9 months, with stirring.
