A soaring, gourmet expression of the Brunet terroir, Cuvée Tradition Blanc brings together the nobility of Roussanne and the freshness of Vermentino, enhanced by a gentle touch of Viognier, grown on a pebbly terroir with limited yields and harvested at full maturity. Vinified in new oak barrels, then aged for eight months on fine lees with stirring.
