Le Clos des Fées is first and foremost a very isolated and wild place. Located between Vingrau and Tautavel, north-west of Perpignan, this terroir was specifically chosen by Hervé Bizeul for its geological properties. After a varied career as a sommelier, wine and table arts writer and restaurateur, Hervé Bizeul created Clos des Fées in 1997 with less than 2 hectares.
