In a few words ...
At the end of 2022, we launched our second red wine in the Minervois appellation: "Chant des Pierres". It owes its name to the many winds that make our stone-covered soils "whistle". Laura Velasco, a Valencian painter, designed the label based on a photo taken in one of our vineyard plots.
