This is a sweet white wine made from 100% CHENIN, harvested late and by hand. Beautiful acidic sensations and honey aromas.
"On aeration, this cuvée releases fine notes of white flowers and apple. The palate is soft and fruity (apricot, exotic fruit). A liquoreux that plays the freshness and lightness card rather than the sweetness one."
