The winemaker

The Roux vineyard

The vineyard extends over 10 hectares of production in Quincy and 3 hectares in Châteaumeillant, on sandy soil that is ideal for viticulture. The grape varieties are mainly Sauvignon Blanc, which benefits from integrated viticulture to produce fine vintages, rewarded by HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification since 2019.

The wines of Domaine Roux

Domaine Roux's Quincy is an AOC white wine with a bright, pale yellow color. On the nose, it's richly aromatic and full of freshness, with notes of white flowers and citrus fruit. On the palate, it's its finesse that marks the palate with mineral to minty notes, to be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with summer dishes and seafood.
