In a few words ...
VINIFICATION The grapes are harvested by hand on September 12. After two successive sortings of the grapes in the vineyard and in the cellar, slow, gentle pressing produces high-quality musts. No chaptalization is carried out, as the grapes are very ripe. 15% of the wine is vinified and aged in new 500-liter barrels for 9 months. The remainder is aged in vats, with regular stirring of the lees. At the end of these 9 months, the barrels are blended with the vats to create a harmonious blend. Vineyard location: Butte de Tracy sur Loire Average age of vines: 60 years

Appearance
Pale yellow with gray and green highlights, brilliant.
Aroma
The first nose is very intense with aromas of thiols, white peach and honeysuckle. It opens with floral notes, ivy, broom, toasted and spicy notes.

The attack is straightforward, with a magnificent balance of freshness, volume and density. Very fresh notes of elderberry and rhubarb. Nervous, mineral and saline finish.
