This cuvée is named after the famous flinty terroir of the former abbey of Saint Satur. Clos du roc', located on a steep, south-facing slope, is one of the finest parcels in the Sancerre appellation. The vines grow sheltered from the cold winds, protected by the hornbeam wood just above the plot.
