VINEYARDS : Sustainable agriculture. VINIFICATION 100% destemming (for greater suppleness and finesse). Direct pressing at low pressure (pneumatic press) to extract the best juice. After cold settling, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Aging on fine lees lasts until the wine is ready for bottling, to preserve all its freshness. The wine is filtered only once. A powerful yet elegant wine.

The nose is expressive, with hints of citrus (grapefruit) and a lovely note of passion fruit on the finish.
