Today, at the head of 100 hectares in all the appellations of the Centre Loire, Catherine Corbeau Mellot continues her husband's work, is attentive to the smallest details and leads the Joseph Mellot vineyard to success. It has vineyards of the Pouilly Fumé since 1982, and gradually grew on the names of Menetou Salon, Quincy, Reuilly, Coteaux du Giennois Pouilly sur Loire, Chateaumeillant. The progressive development of designations of Menetou Salon, Quincy, Reuilly, Coteaux du Giennois Pouilly sur Loire, Chateaumeillant is indicative of a development of each terroir while preserving all the gustatory characteristics and identity of the wines.
