The Vignobles Joseph Mellot terroir extends over a hundred hectares, bringing together 6 distinct, independently-managed estates. The terroir covers all 8 appellations of the Centre-Val de Loire region: Sancerre, the historic birthplace of the winegrowing family, Pouilly-Fumé and Pouilly-sur-Loire, Menetou-Salon, Reuilly, Quincy, Chateaumeillant and Coteaux du Giennois. Firmly attached to ancestral values, the vineyard adopts an eco-responsible approach that includes plot monitoring and yield control.

ISO 14 001 certified since 2009, the Vignobles Joseph Mellot winery organizes extremely meticulous vinification processes that result in bottles that are all expression and power.
