This is a wine of character made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes harvested at full maturity. It is intense on the palate, with a lovely freshness. The cuvée's name is no coincidence, for Ludovic has put all his know-how into it, with a 3-week maceration and a year's ageing in new oak barrels that make this exceptional cuvée unique, while preserving the wine's aromas and roundness.
