Beneath the vines of the Enchantoir hill lie the troglodyte cellars that served as hiding places for our ancestors during the wars: the Refuge de Chavannes. Aged in oak barrels for two years, we let it express all its elegance and complexity. Refuge de Chavannes is a tribute to the land of Puy Notre Dame, from which our wines draw their character.
