In a few words ...
Our red Pineau is made mainly from red grapes of the Merlot noir variety. Harvesting takes place at the end of September to pick grapes that are ripe and full of aroma. A minimum of twelve months' ageing, including eight months in oak barrels, gives it its incomparable aromatic notes. The craftsmanship that characterizes Maison DEAU has earned our Pineau its unrivalled reputation.
