Developed to satisfy our most demanding clientele of Michelin-starred chefs, this cuvée is characterized each year by the origin of the parcels that make it up. This true gourmet rosé is capable of magnifying the finest culinary creations of our region. Harvested at dawn, when temperatures are at their lowest, the grapes are brought to the vat room as quickly as possible to preserve their freshness. They are then pressed and vatted for temperature-controlled fermentation. At the end of the fermentation, the wines are racked once, then aged on fine lees for several months.
