Triennes - rosé - magnum 2020the domaine de triennes is located in nans-les-pins, in the heart of the parc naturel régional de la sainte-beaume, in provence. at the end of the 1980s, two burgundians, jacques seysses (founder of domaine dujac) and aubert de villaine, in association with a parisian friend, michel macaux, set out to find vineyards in the south of france. The project was based on their conviction that great wines could be produced in the region. They own a property named "Le logis de nans", a 46-hectare vineyard facing south at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level. Convinced by their experience in Burgundy that the quality of great wines lies in the vineyard, the new owners have invested heavily in the renewal and upkeep of the vineyard. Since 2011, the vineyard has been certified organic.triennes rosé is a blend of mainly cinsacute, complemented by grenache, syrah and merlot. Harvested at night, the grapes are cooled and put through direct pressing with a few hours' skin maceration.cépages : cinsault, grenache, syrah, merlot
