In a few words ...

Cherry-red color with garnet highlights. The nose is open to balsamic, fruity and spicy notes. Black fruits, ripe and juicy cherries call out to gourmandise. Then sweet spices such as nutmeg, white pepper and tobacco leaf add complexity. On the palate, the attack is supple. The full, supple tannins give body and volume to this wine, with a hint of chocolate and cocoa powder on the finish.

A promising wine! This Côtes-du-Rhône Villages has all the makings of a great wine, so enjoy it with a dish and leave it to mature a little longer!

Beautiful balance, complex, very pleasant fruit aroma, does not hide its power. A good wine for laying down, to be brought out again to sublimate a fine duck breast!

A real favorite for this cuvée, an excellent wine to enjoy with a good meal. Cellar for several years.

Well-balanced but young. The aromas remind me of the Black Forest. I'd wait a few years before enjoying it with duck.
