In a few words ...

"The flagship of Maison Jaboulet, the little chapel built in the 13th century by Chevalier Gaspard de Sterimberg on the hills of Tain l'Hermitage, has given its name to Hermitage La Chapelle, one of the finest wines in the world. Made from 100% very old Syrah planted on rich, varied soils, this cuvée is made with the utmost meticulousness. After being brought down from the Hermitage slopes on small sledges, the grapes are sorted and traditionally vinified in the winery. The cuvée is then aged in wood in the age-old "Vineum" cellar for 15 to 18 months. "Le Figaro Vin
