The winemaker

Philippe Grisard, who comes from three generations of winegrowers, has always been convinced that the future of the Savoyard vineyards lies in the authenticity and development of local grape varieties. Located at the foot of the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park, the vines benefit from a very good orientation. The spread out parcels of land allow us to work specific terroirs, which are developed in well differentiated vintages. The diversity of the Savoyard vineyard is fully expressed by the production of wines from traditional grape varieties such as Jacquère, Altesse, Mondeuse, but also by rarer varieties such as Mondeuse blanche and Persan which deserve to be better known.
