En bouche LE PURE FRUIT DU CAUSSE 2015 est souple et gourmand et délivre des arômes de fruits rouges (groseille, framboise). Les tannins sont souples et la fraicheur retrouvée en fin de bouche apporte un équilibre à cette dégustation.
