This cuvée was created in partnership with the famous journalist and author Jean Charles Chapuzet. It is aged in "ceramic toast" oak barrels for 18 months. A unique toasting technique. It comes from a selection of old 100% siderolithic vines, on 0.20 hectares. Only 200 magnums are produced each year, a rarity not to be found on the market or at least on the finest tables.

The wine stretches out in length. The palate is fresh, saline and highly digestible. Well done to this estate, which produces beautiful, highly original Cahors wines.
