The winemaker
Cultivated for several generations, the farm was taken over and expanded by Marc in 1991, following in the footsteps of his father Louis.
Not spared at the very beginning by the modern recipes of cultivation and vinification, the estate refocused in the early 2000s on gentle cultivation techniques.
The recipe is simple: working the vines as closely as possible to the terroir, without fertilizers or weed killers, giving priority to natural products, harvesting a very ripe, healthy, sorted harvest, and vinification guided by the idea of "making the earth speak", using indigenous yeasts.
The wines are neither fined nor filtered. Today they are very beautiful ambassadors of the Negrette grape variety, which for nearly two thousand years has given them their incomparable charm and originality.
