The first grapes for this cuvée were harvested at "Les Garçons" in the commune of Esclottes. Merlot and Cabernets come from small parcels of clay-limestone terroir chosen for their good exposure and confidential production. Cabernet Franc Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon. Low yields from selected plots.
