Produced exclusively from our Mauzac vines, this selection of well-balanced grapes provides the raw material for a deliberately limited cuvée. The selected must is "entoned" in September, where it undergoes double fermentation and then rests on its lees until late spring, while being stirred every week. In this way, it acquires the body and fatness that encapsulate lightly roasted, citrus fruit aromas. A wine for great pleasure, it can be drunk now or kept for a long time.

Appearance
It has a brilliant golden color with pale yellow highlights.
Aroma
Toasty, buttery aromas mingle with hints of hazelnut, before giving way to citrus citrus and floral notes, as well as apple and pear.

Surprisingly round and fat, but delicious. Light fruity and woody notes, a hint of hazelnut with a citrus finish. I recommend it, a wonderful discovery.
