Les mages du château de mayragues is a complex Gaillac made from a fine blend of braucol (fer servadou) and cabernet sauvignon. It boasts a beautiful cherry-red color with purplish highlights and a magnificent aromatic bouquet of blackcurrant, roasted bell pepper, prune and floral notes. Powerful structure on the palate, ideal for game, meat in sauce or cheese. Serve aired between 16 and 18°c. Its ageing potential is estimated at 6 to 10 years.
