This cuvée is characterized by its exotic notes and great finesse, which are sure to appeal to lovers of sweet wines. The wine is not exuberant, but aromatic, and can be kept for fifteen to twenty years.
The vines are cultivated organically (ab certification) and pruned using the traditional gobelet method.
