The winemaker

Wine and vineyards are the Bonetta family's passion! Father Angelo is always present and full of energy. Sons Domenico and Carmelo are tirelessly dedicated to managing the vineyards and winery. All are proud of the company's symbol, the ancient sculpture of Christ on the Cross, which stands at the entrance to the estate. Riccardo Cotarella helps them with oenological consulting and the care of the Bonetta vineyards. The vineyards are located all around the "Baglio" on the low hills (300m above sea level) of limestone/gypsum/gypsum crystals in the Campobello di Licata area. The whites are Grillo, Inzolia and Chardonnay. The reds are Nero d'Avola, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
