The winemaker

An unrivalled reality, Cusumano has taken just over ten years to establish itself as one of the most important vineyards in the whole of Sicily, and, more generally, in the whole of the South. More than 500 hectares spread over very different geographical areas - from Ficuzza in Palermo to San Giacomo near Caltanissetta, from Monreale to Pachino - are the basis of a line of very diverse, elegant, always local products. The production process is in fact aimed at maintaining unchanged the unique characteristics that only Sicily can offer, both in the countryside and in the cellar, with the utmost respect for the raw material, without force. This is how wines come that express a great love for their land, whether it's the most typical, Nero d'Avola or Insolia, or wines that come from varieties not rooted in its history, Merlot or Chardonnay . wines always pleasant red and white, elegant, Sicilian in every sense.
