A remarkable wine! "Cuvée Sans Nom" has been given this name for want of a real one. But the key is surely elsewhere, in the qualitative approach to getting the best out of the cherished plots, extracting the heart and gently ageing it in the harmony of the cellar. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
