The estate's red Chinon pleasure! Harvested by hand. Sorting table. Controlled yields 40-45hls/ha. Nothing is left to chance to produce this succulent cuvée. Corners are rounded. The grapes are picked when ripe, and we love it. The color is deep (purplish). The juice is intense and crisp. Silky tannins. To be enjoyed in its youth and within 3-5 years!
