Our organic artisanal Breton caramel beurre salé rum liqueur is a delicious marriage of caramel, butter, Guérande fleur de sel and milk, with a touch of rum for a subtle, pleasant alcoholic note. The caramel is homemade and contains no additives, guaranteeing exceptional quality and authenticity. The liqueur is stirred before serving, to perfectly blend the different ingredients. This liqueur is ideal as an aperitif or digestif, accompanied by a few ice cubes to bring out all its flavors. It can also be used in cocktails, adding a touch of sweetness and refinement. The marriage of caramel beurre salé rum liqueur with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is a veritable explosion of flavors on the palate. It's also an excellent ingredient for desserts, such as caramel tiramisu, or for topping crêpes and waffles for a delicious, gourmet touch.
