Laurent Agostini, Oenologist Brilliant color with light green highlights. Fine bubbles rise from the bottom of the glass. The appearance is brilliant. The nose is a real "aromatic bomb". Very intense and complex, marked by notes of exotic fruit and citrus, white-fleshed fruit such as white peach. Floral notes can also be detected. The intensity continues wonderfully on the palate, supported by a fine balance between sweetness and natural freshness. The fine bubbles burst on the palate, releasing pleasant fruity aromas. Tasting it is like biting into ripe fruit. The persistence of the aromas is remarkable, with hints of tropical fruit still evident several seconds after tasting. With its fine bubbles, PILAHO is light and airy.
