In a few words ...
Location: On the outskirts of the village of Fuissé, on the reverse side of Mont Pouilly and in the middle of a slope, the vineyard covers an area of 80 ares and enjoys an easterly exposure. Age of vines: 1/3 40 years old, 1/3 20 years old, 1/3 10 years old. Soil: Deep, non-stony silty-clay soil derived from residual clay. Deep limestone and marl-limestone beds. The upper part is very calcareous, with no stones, derived from clear Dogger marl.
