AREA: 3.42 HA YIELD PER HECTARE: 18.70 HL NUMBER OF BOTTLES: 4490 0.75 CL bottles and 100 Magnums HARVESTING: Hand-picked in 13-kilo crates on quad bikes with all-terrain trailers, and transported to the winery in refrigerated vans. Sorting in the vineyard and controlled in the cellar. VINIFICATION: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with 25% of the volume aged in new 228-liter French barrels and 75% in stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in barrels for wines bottled in barrels. Blending was carried out on February 16, 2015, and the wine was bottled on March 28, 2015. The grand cuvée 2013, aged for 24 months, will be available in September 2015. We work with the greatest respect for nature, treating only with sulfur and copper, and fermenting with indigenous yeasts and using SO 2 in minimal doses.

The appellation Cairanne is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Domaine de Crémone and its 0 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
