The family wine estate is located down the Alaric mountain in Languedoc, it is the northernmost region of Corbières. Christelle Alias took over the domain, curious and creative, she gives it a new dimension with a real signature.

The 40 grape varieties of the family wine estate are planted on a historical place. The battle of Sarrians between the inhabitants of Avignon and Carpentras took place there in 1791. Danielle Khalkhal and Davis Pamiès had no idea of viticulture when they bought this small wine estate in the Minervois in 2001. The wine estate's vines are located on land with extreme physical conditions. Planted on hillsides, with terraces supported by stone walls, vines are difficult to access and constantly subject to the mistral (southern wind in France). It is in this setting that the Daubrée family makes a superb Côte-Rôtie on a great 2017 vintage and an absolutely exceptional 2016 vintage. Combine your order with the Saint Joseph white 2018 and red 2017.
Domaine des Vallettes is above all a family story: Antoine, oenologist, is in the vineyard and the cellar, François vinifies and sells. Since 2001, the Jamet brothers have taken over the wine estate, located near the village of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil between Angers and Tours, created by their parents in 1986. The vineyard is planted with the Cabernet Franc grape variety.
"Événement" : the barrel aging for this beautiful Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil 2014 required patience, a patience of 6 years now rewarded! From the best plot of the estate, this is the wine not to be missed.
Vinolithic: the wine matured 80 meters underground!
The Vinolithic cuvée grew up in secret, above and below the limestone soil of the Saint Marcel d'Ardèche cave. Aged in this natural cellar, 80 meters underground, mineral temple, dark, fresh, humid and constant, the cuvée evolves in optimal conditions which give it finesse and freshness. Speleologist and winemaker, Raphaël Pommier (Domaine N-D de Cousignac) is the revelation of the region!
The Châteauneuf-du-Pape, house specialties
"This venerable house" (Guide Hachette) was born in 1859 in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Maison Ogier (which owns the Clos de l'Oratoire des Papes) has acquired undeniable know-how in this region during years. 2016 and 2017, two exceptional vintages, to taste now or to forget in the cellar until 2023-2024 to take advantage of their full potential.
Dominique Piron represents the 14th generation of winemakers in a line founded by Étienne Bailly 4 centuries ago. Dominique Piron's Morgons, his specialty, are racy and elegant with a touch of black cherry (and kirsch, as the wine ages) and spicy notes. Well structured, they can be drunk young but can also be stored in the cellar. The Côte du Py 2017 get in the Top100 of the famous Wine Spectator magazine in 2019. He studied at Château Brane-Cantenac (Margaux). Armand Heitz, oenologist and agronomist, took over the family vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet in 2012 (after long negotiations, studies of contracts and sleepless nights). This young thirty-two year old winemaker favors finesse and elegance, his Pommard 1er Cru, with a very clear robe and a nose on the fruit, is much talked about (available only on allocation). We now find his wines on the finest tables such as those of the Ritz and famous french chef Jean-François Piège!

Patrice du Jeu was a restaurant keeper in Paris and a beef farmer. In 2011 he realized his dream and created his wine estate in Chassagne-Montrachet, associated with friends and some members of his family, descendants like him from the Saint-Genys family. In 2013, the oenologist Jean-Baptiste Alinc joined Les Héritiers de Saint-Genys.
Very quickly, the wines are spotted and rewarded by the Guide Hachette and some even drop the famous "blow of heart"!

"Les Gravières du Taurou" 1999 beat Petrus during a blind tasting in London in September 2004. Its recognition is now international and you can find it in the best restaurants ... and maybe soon in your place. Pioneers of the qualitative re-plantings in Languedoc, Guy and Marc Benin participated in the birth of the "great wines" of the region.
