In a few words ...

"the minervois vineyard is one of the largest in languedoc roussillon. Almost 15,000 ha of vines, including 5,000 ha destined for the production of two distinct aocs: aoc minervois and aoc minervois - la livinière and muscat de saint jean de minervois. The majority of the vineyard's production is red, but that's not all! 2015 vintagevincent goumard, from mas cal de moura (terrasses du larzac) makes no secret of his enthusiasm: "it's a vintage out of the ordinary", he told the figaro. In fact, after a dry June and July, the rains in August enabled the reds and whites to ripen beautifully. roc suzadou rouge is a must-have aop minervois from domaine de courbissac. this crimson-colored grand vin is half grenache and half carignan, both from old vines planted on clay-limestone soils. the wine was aged in foudre for over 6 months to express all the emotions it has to offer. 2014 robert parker score 93/100: "one of the greatest minervois of the 2014 vintage. The 2014 roc suzadou is made from old vines between 70 and 90 years old in a blend of 50% mourvèdre and 50% syrah and aged in foudres. It delivers a fabulous Grenache with notes of kirsch, plums, dried flowers and lavender. This full-bodied, sexy, sumptuously textured wine is a pure marvel. It has a beautiful, pure mouthfeel and finishes with lingering length. A fine reference to drink within 5 to 7 years." (wine advocate 2016 - robert parker)."
