This cuvée comes from vines over 20 years old. "Varietal notes dominate an expressive nose of blackcurrant buds, broom and boxwood. On the palate, small spicy and mineral touches convey a more original character, quite strict but voluminous, tonic and well-constructed." Guide Hachette 2019.

Appearance
The color is gold with green reflections, limpid.
Aroma
Developed aromas reminiscent of seringua and blackcurrant buds which, after a few minutes in the glass, evolve towards fruit in syrup.

Full and round on the attack, followed by a certain liveliness. A hint of aniseed on the finish. A wine that has remained particularly young.

It's fruity and greedy at the same time, with a silky mouthfeel and a fine attack. A delight with seafood.
