Vinification: Maceration 12 to 20 hours before pressing to obtain color. Pneumatic pressing. Static settling, electronically temperature-controlled fermentation (16-20°C) in stainless steel tanks for approximately 3 weeks. No malolactic fermentation. Aged on fine lees.
