The flinty terroir produces wines sought after for the finesse and power of their minerality. This cuvée comes mainly from the 'moulin grangier' plot in Saint Gemme. Situated on a south-facing slope, this parcel contains a very high concentration of flint. A very precocious terroir, these stones capture the heat accumulated during the day and release it during the night, accelerating berry ripening.
