This Sauvignon brilliantly expresses the freshness and vivacity of the Loire Valley. Its pale color with green highlights heralds an intense, typical nose of chopped citrus fruit, blackcurrant buds and an elegant vegetal touch. On the palate, the attack is frank, the tension well controlled, and the lemony finish leaves a thirst-quenching impression. Produced from vines carefully cultivated on Loire soils, this wine is vinified on the estate to preserve all its aromatic purity. My wife immediately loved this Sauvignon from Domaine du Pont de Livier. Dry, lively, but very fruity, with lovely citrus notes and a well-balanced herbaceous touch. She found it perfect with seafood and a fresh salad. A wine that combines freshness and character, ideal for lovers of expressive whites. Bravo to the domaine for this fine cuvée.
