The grapes are harvested very early in the morning to avoid oxidation and for the practical purpose of temperature control. The grapes are then destemmed and crushed before being taken to the press. The extracted must is cold-settled, and then the fermentation phase begins, with perfect temperature control. The wine is quickly bottled to preserve all its freshness and aromas.

Pale yellow color, green highlights, crystalline, long, fine tears.

Straightforward nose of white flowers, followed by citrus zest (lemon, lime).
