Pingus - dominio de pingus 2006dominio de pingus is a Spanish winery located in quintanilla de onésimo in the province of valladolid, with vineyards in the horra of the ribera del duero region. The estate's flagship wine, pingus, is considered a cult favorite. Dominio de pingus was founded in 1995 by Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck. Planted with very old vines of tinto fino (tempranillo), the vineyard covers 2.5 hectares of barrosso with vines over 65 years old, and 1.5 hectares of san cristobal with vines over 70 years old. Since 2000, the viticulture has been certified biodynamic. Of the annual production of pingus, generally less than 500 cases are produced, although no pingus are labelled in the wrong millenniums.cépage: tinto fino (tempranillo)
