BOURGOIN PINEAU is a blend of ugni blanc grape must and crus fins bois cognac. This thirst-quenching white Pineau des Charentes will surprise you with its freshness, lightness and notes of red Roussillon apricot. The mutage is carried out after a light start to fermentation, followed by 12 months' ageing in red barrels that have contained old cognacs, then a 4-year inversion period in inert vats. Remarkable acidity, unprecedented fullness on the palate.
