Our box contains three 20 cl bottles of the youngest cognacs in the DEAU cognac collection: DEAU VS: Our DEAU VS cognac is a spirit distilled using the traditional Charentais still method. Slowly aged in new barrels for a minimum of two years, this VS cognac is made entirely from the finest eaux-de-vie from the Charente region. DEAU VS Intense gives birth to a harmonious alliance of summer fruits and floral aromas. The youngest of the "Collection", it is a perfectly mastered cognac. DEAU VSOP: The elder brother of VS cognac, DEAU VSOP cognac has matured in our oak casks for many years, until it is fully matured. It is the result of carefully blended eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of four years. An alliance of spicy flavors of cinnamon and honey with woody notes of chocolate and leather. A must-have from the Maison DEAU, this VSOP is a rich, intense cognac. DEAU NAPOLEON CIGAR BLEND: DEAU's flagship cognac, DEAU Napoléon Cigar Blend, is a blend of eaux-de-vie mainly from Petite Champagne and Fins Bois crus. It is rapidly aged in young casks and matured in red casks for at least six years before bottling. The quality and harmony of this cognac lies in its aromatic complexity: woody notes revealed by rich aromas of vanilla, coffee and candied fruit.
