A veritable benchmark for the DEAU House, DEAU XO cognac is a blend of eaux-de-vie mainly from the Petite Champagne and Fins Bois crus. The Petite Champagne region is characterized by particularly chalky soils, which give rise to renowned and refined eaux-de-vie, very fine and light with a predominantly floral bouquet, used to produce balanced, round and supple cognacs. Aged for many years in our cellars, in Limousin oak barrels, the elegant DEAU XO Cognac stands out for its main qualities: harmony, richness, generosity.
