Appellation Alsace Grand Cru Pfersigberg
Le terroir offre une belle complexité du sol avec des galets de calcaires gris du Muschelkalk et jaunâtre du Jurassique moyen et une roche mère calcimagnésique à forte teneur calcaire. Ce terroir bénéficie pleinement au gewurztraminer mais offre également une belle richesse aux Riesling, Pinot Gris et Muscat. Ces vins se caractérisent par leur matière corpulente et la concentration de leur fruité.
