Our 1988 vintage comes from the Bons Bois crus, which form a large belt around the periphery of the region. Their clay soils, poor in limestone, and maritime influence make for powerful eaux-de-vie with a fruity aroma, maturing rapidly.

Golden hue.
Aroma
A rather earthy nose, reminiscent of wet leaves after a rain shower. The pleasant scent of fresh button mushrooms and a few notes of saddle leather.
Taste
A frank, lively attack on the palate, followed by an impression of peppery sweetness on the finish.
