Cold carbonic maceration. Aged in oak barrels, no SO2, for 6 to 9 months. Jean Foillard's classic Morgon should be opened 30 minutes before serving, at 16°c. Ideal as an aperitif with cheese and charcuterie, poultry, squab or lamb rosé.

Tasted the 2020 vintage at Les Pipos wine bar this weekend. I'm still a fan of this dynamic organic Beaujolais that's a real hit with the palate! Super fresh, super fruity, super vegetal, super glouglou... You could drink gallons of it and never feel it go by!
