Unlike traditional rosés, this Clairet benefits from longer maceration between the juice and the grape skins, giving it a deeper color, marked red fruit aromas and a light structure on the palate. A refreshing, light, well-balanced wine, it is supple, with a real aromatic fullness and soft tannins. Ideal for summer aperitifs, picnics, salads, grilled meats and exotic cuisine.
