In a few words ...

The blend consists of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc and 10% Mauzac. A straightforward crémant with sustained effervescence, sought-after by Brut connoisseurs thanks to its relative youth (3-4 years). It is the wine that best embodies freshness and "brut" across the entire crémant range. Traditional method. Temperature-controlled first fermentation in vat, blending of several years' harvests, aging on lees in bottle for 3 years, manual riddling and disgorging on the fly.
